3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 lbs. heirloom tomatoes, sliced
coarse salt & pepper
chives, snipped
1/4 c. fresh basil, slivered
Heat olive oil and cook garlic for about 10 minutes. Drizzle over sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, chives and basil.
