Rustic Bread Salad

We got this recipe from our friend Alicia. We have only made it a couple of times, but as I read it again, I'm wondering why we don't make it more?! So good and so easy!

Day-old Italian bread, torn into chunks
3 c. ripe tomato chunks
1 red onion, thinly sliced red rings
Pepperoncini, chopped
¾ c. Italian dressing
½ c. shredded parmesan cheese
black olives, sliced

Toss & serve immediately
